F.A.Q

Questions you may have during your release process

After completing the pre-release form, you should receive an update of your artwork within the next 72 hours, as well as important information about your release.

The release date can be found within the details of your contract, which was shared with you before the release process began. It may also be indicated in emails or notifications shared with you during the release process.

We have recently developed our own catalog management platform for our artists, where you can register and create an account at app.tracks.id/singup.

Then, simply follow these steps:

1 - Once your account is created, go to the "Artists" section and create your profile by filling in the requested information on the platform.
2 - Ensure your account uses the same email address we used to contact you about signing your track. This will make it easier to identify you.
3 - Notify our staff via email that you have successfully created your account and wish to sync your signed music or tracks.
4 - Wait for our notification, and you will be able to view your tracks and statistics on the platform.

In your contract, you'll find the available and private email addresses for artist support. You can also stay in touch with the staff who will contact you via email during your release process.

However, it's important to know the following:

1 - Our staff does not respond to or contact you through social media, so it's not the appropriate channel for requesting support.
2 - If you send an inquiry to a public email address or one intended for other purposes, you most likely won't receive a response.
3 - Make sure to only use the designated artist support channels and emails provided by us in your contract or follow-up emails.

Tracks/ID is the result of a merger for our label, and this brand has emerged as the primary source of administration for our catalog, distribution, licensing, technological development, artist representation, etc. Therefore, you may frequently see this brand associated with our social media, contracts, licenses, etc.

But don't worry, if you are an artist signed to our main label, DENAR RCRDS, your contract and benefits remain exclusive to the label.

For your artwork design, we usually have established guidelines and quality standards that we follow. We only make special requests or modifications for albums or special tracks, and these are generally requested by your management team. Please also ensure you have a reason that justifies this request, such as established marketing plans, proposals, etc. Otherwise, it will most likely not be considered.

For contracts, there are no modifications or special clauses assigned to each artist, as this would not be fair to the others. The contract assigned to you is non-modifiable to ensure equal benefits for everyone.

(Direct negotiations of different terms or contracts are handled only through agencies or representatives.)
